I am from Portage, Michigan. I attended Western Michigan University in 2008 and graduated with a bachelor’s in science studying Psychology and Sociology. Being in the Army National Guard I also learned structure, discipline, leadership, and strength. In 2013, I graduated with a master’s in science studying clinical Mental Health Counseling and earned a certification in Contemporary Theory in Marriage and Family Counseling. I worked in community mental health, juvenile justice systems, schools, and ultimately private practice. I currently work in the community here in Ingham County and attend meetings, seminars, and practice staying current in the field of mental health counseling.

I also work with Community Bridges in Springerville, Arizona. I provide therapy with individuals, families, and children. I strive to achieve the best within myself and my communities.  When we come together, we heal emotional scars, grow in our thoughts and strive for change.  I am honored to provide counseling services with you and your family. Please give me a call to get scheduled today.
